Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Kenosha, WI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our inspection team. This role focuses on inspecting smaller, intricate electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, strong manual dexterity, and attention to fine detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual inspections of small electronic components and assemblies.

• Verify solder workmanship, labeling, and part placement per quality standards.

• Ensure product documentation and inspection records are accurate and complete.

• Identify and report defects or non-conformances to the Quality or Production team.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and ESD procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help uphold high-quality production standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components.

• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards preferred.

• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.

• Availability to work overtime when required.

Schedule Details

1st Shift:

• Regular hours: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Overtime (if needed):

  • Tuesday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
