Job Title: Quality Control Auditor
Location: Kenosha, WI
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Auditor to join our Final Audit Inspection team. This role is responsible for inspecting electronic equipment, performing visual and mechanical checks, verifying solder workmanship, and ensuring all documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections on new and repaired electronic products prior to shipment.

Monitor production and repair processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Support customer documentation needs, including first article inspections and certificates of compliance.

Conduct periodic audits of production processes in compliance with ISO9001 and TL9000 standards.

Collaborate with production teams to support product and process improvements that align with company quality goals.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external customer requirements.
Education & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

1–2 years of related experience in quality control, auditing, or electronics inspection.

Soldering experience or certification preferred.

Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.

Familiarity with ISO9001/TL9000 standards.

Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D Problem Solving, and 5S principles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile systems.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Availability to work overtime when required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Schedule Details
1st Shift:
-
Regular hours: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

No overtime during the first week

Overtime (if needed):
-
Tuesday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
-
Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
