We are currently seeking QC Techs in Tracy, CA.

Do you have food processing experience? Would you welcome the opportunity to work for a quality-driven company? We have an immediate need for a Quality Control Technician in Tracy for a Protein/Meat Company.

Benefits:

• Quality Assurance Technician
• Weekly Pay
• $22-24/HR
• Monday – Friday with possible OT 1:30pm/2:00pm-11:00pm (swing shift)
• Monday- Friday with potential weekends

Job Duties:

• Pre-Operation – Inspect facility and equipment before production starts, as assigned
• ATP and Environmental swabbing on equipment to check bacteria count, as assigned
• Thermometer Calibrations
• Allergen Testing
• GMP Inspection/Monitoring to ensure employees follow proper hygiene for production safety
• HACCP Monitoring
• Metal Detection Verification
• Product/Production line inspection
• Ensuring product safety and quality meets company standards and specs
• Product testing such as pH, moisture, and product consistency
• Performs other duties and projects as required
• Refrigerated environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years’ experience in a food/meat processing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Professional demeanor
• Must be an effective verbal and written communicator
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
