Are you an experienced bookkeeper who’s detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of financial operations? We’re looking for a self-starter Corporate Bookkeeper to support our family of companies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and enjoys overseeing multiple aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Manage purchase orders, vendor payments, and invoices
- Prepare budgets, reports, and financial records
- Run Work in Progress (WIP) reports and assist with month-end/year-end close
- Maintain accurate records and support audits/tax preparation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong bookkeeping experience (construction industry experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or 10+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable
Job Type: Temp to Hire
$25-$35/Hour
Location:
Sand City, CA
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
