Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required)
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Hourly Range: $19-20
About the Job:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining organized inventory records within ERP systems such as SAP or Plex.
Role and Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials, verify packing slips, and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.

Prepare and package outgoing products according to company standards.

Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation within ERP systems (SAP or Plex preferred).

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external carriers to resolve shipping issues.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed.
Skills and Experience:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Plex, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
