Job Title: Material Handlers & Packagers

Type of Role: (Contract to Hire)

Shift / Hours:

Material Handler	AM: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM	Monday – Sunday Availability	$18.50 + DOE and SHIFT assigned
Material Handler	PM: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM	Monday – Sunday Availability	$20.00 + DOE and SHIFT assigned

Packaging / General Labor	AM: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM	Monday – Sunday Availability	$17.75
Packaging / General Labor	PM: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM	Monday – Sunday Availability	$18.25

Location: Ocala, FL

Role and Responsibilities:

Safely operate lift equipment after completing required safety checks and documentation.

Use pick sheets or digital systems to locate and retrieve items from various storage areas.

Select products based on codes, expiration dates, and FIFO guidelines.

Transport items to packing or shipping stations using manual or powered equipment.

Label and document picked items accurately to meet customer specifications.

Count and verify shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overages.

Replenish inventory and replace equipment batteries as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “clean as you go” practices.

Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Report any safety or compliance issues promptly.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual applicants (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or more.

Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts while standing, walking, or sitting.

Must own and wear steel-toed shoes.

Comfortable working at heights; training provided for Cherry Picker equipment.
