Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift 
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (2 openings)

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday (1 opening)
  Pay: starting  $18.50 per hour
  Type: Temp-to-Hire
  ITAR Facility: U.S. persons only (citizens or lawful permanent residents)
  Overtime: Required – must be able to work 10-hour days, every Saturday, and some Sundays

Job Purpose

The Material Handler/Forklift driver  is responsible for performing both physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility. This role requires strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and possible damage

• Unload deliveries and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices

• Label and allocate materials to proper storage or production locations

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely

• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Lift and move materials up to 60 lbs as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

• Provide assistance to other departments as needed

Core Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fork truck driving experience required

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

• Basic computer knowledge (for inventory and documentation)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
