Quality Control Technician – Food Manufacturing
Location: Tracy, CA
Pay: $22.00/hr or more, depending on experience
Schedule: 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM start time
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inspections, testing, documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP, BRC, and USDA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect facility and equipment before and during production

Conduct ATP, environmental swabbing, and GMP inspections

Record temperature and quality data; complete daily QC checklists

Calibrate thermometers and perform routine quality tests

Support audits and assist the QC Supervisor as needed

Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
1+ year experience in food processing or manufacturing

Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work in cold environments and stand for extended periods
Preferred:

Meat or food processing experience

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
