Electrical Assembler
Type of Role: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Kenosha, WI
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr 

We are seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers to join our client’s growing Electronics Assembly department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies according to work instructions and drawings.

• Set up switchgear components such as contactors, circuit breakers, etc.

• Perform point-to-point wiring per work instructions and schematic diagrams. Conduct short/continuity and Hipot tests.

• Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.

• Test assembled parts to ensure proper functionality.

• Assist other assemblers in completing assembly tasks.

• Inspect and document parameters on checklists.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a switchgear manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow work instructions.

• Consistently adheres to safety regulations.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, or equivalent.

Shift and Schedule:
Onsite – 1stShift

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
• OT (if needed): Monday–Friday | 5:00am–3:30pm
• OT (if needed): Saturday | 5:00am–11:00am
• OT schedule may changed based on production needs
