Job Title: Mortgage Loan Porcessor I

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Expected Length of Contract: Long Term

Shift / Hours: Availability Requirements: Monday – Friday  9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.; Rotating schedule to meet department and membership needs

Location: El Paso, TX

Hourly Range:  $19.35 hr – $32.84 hr

This position requires you to provide quality service; treating people with respect and courtesy at all levels whether it is a client or inside coworker. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing, processing and coordinationg loan closings.

Skills and Experience:

• HIgh School Diploma or equivalent with two years similiar or related experience
• In depth knowledge of mortgage loans policies, loan documentation and mortgate loan forms
• General knowledge of Texas and New Mexico Real Estate Law, Title Insurance Law, Reguulations governing real estate
• Required to register with NMLS and must pass a national criminal history background check
• Must Meet all National Multistate Licensing System & Registry requirements
• Knowledge of loan origination software
• knowledge of secondary and goverment underwritting guidelines
• Validates all loan documentation  and submits file for underwritting
• Coordinates loans closing
• Requst appraisals
• Maintains contact with clients and vendors
• Participate in company events and community awareness
