Job Title: Cycle Count Specialist 

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: Days

Location: San Jose CA 

Hourly Range: $24- $28.99 

Job Purpose:

Cycle Counters are responsible for conducting routine inventory counts as well as the receipt, put away, picking, and consolidation of all materials entering the Sanmina stockroom.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Count, identify, and verify parts
• Pick, audit, and deliver parts
• Review and interpret data in various formats
• Complete computer transactions
• Fill stock requisitions
• Operate lift trucks and pallet jacks
• Ability to lift heavy/bulky items
• This position requires walking, bending, standing, sitting, and working on ladders
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Basic computer skills
• RF scanner experience
• Forklift operation and certification
• Accuracy with numbers and attention to detail
• Knowledge of 5S Methodology
• Previous inventory control, cycle counting, and/or stockroom experience preferred
•  4-6 years of experience in a warehouse environment required
