Job Title: Industrial Technician

Type of Role: Contract-to-Hire
Shift / Hours: Must have open availability, able to work weekends 
Location: East El Paso, TX
Hourly Pay: $20.50 per hour

Position Overview

This position supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment and systems in an IT manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on technical experience, understand manufacturing processes, and be able to respond quickly to operational issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing machinery

• Assist with calibration, installation, and testing of production tools and equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance

• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety initiatives

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures and recommend corrective actions

Skills and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

• Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and maintenance manuals

• Basic computer skills
