Job Title: Industrial Technician
Type of Role: Contract-to-Hire
Shift / Hours: Must have open availability, able to work weekends
Location: East El Paso, TX
Hourly Pay: $20.50 per hour
Position Overview
This position supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of equipment and systems in an IT manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on technical experience, understand manufacturing processes, and be able to respond quickly to operational issues.
Roles and Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing machinery

Assist with calibration, installation, and testing of production tools and equipment

Perform preventive maintenance

Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety initiatives

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures and recommend corrective actions
Skills and Experience

2–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and maintenance manuals

Basic computer skills
