Job Title: Lead – Swing Shift
Type of Role: (Contract to Hire)
Shift / Hours: Swing Shift, 3pm – 11:30pm
Location: Modesto, CA
Hourly Range: $20.00/Hour
•Manages and leads a team of employees.
• Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
• Motivates team members and assesses performance.
• Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
• Keeps inventory and orders up to date.
• Must assigned employees to designated machines on an everyday basics.
• Makes sure employees are taking breaks and lunch at a proper time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal-setting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
