Job Title: Assembler 3

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm (OT + Flexibility is Required)

Location: Milpitas, CA

Hourly Range: $24.00

Job Description

• Heavy lifting, able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Clean environment
• Standing for the entire shift.
• Candidates will be handling chemicals so make sure they have experience with PPEs. (Coolant, adhesive, Thermal grease…)
• They will need to always wear gloves, no hanging jewelry, comfortable wearing smocks as well.
• Pushing and pulling (not lifting) up to 100lbs, can provide training on a pallet jack if needed.
• Must haves: discipline, accuracy & perfection, great attention to detail; teamwork – the ability to get along with others, attendance, and flexibility.
• Capable using torque screwdriver and small tool.
• Electro mechanic assembly experience is preferred.

Clean Room Personnel Requirements
It is essential that candidates have prior experience or clear understanding of the following:

• Entry and exit procedures for clean room environments.
• Protocols for proper use of clean room garments, including gowns, gloves, face masks, goggles, and hair covers.
• Understanding of particle contamination prevention practices.

• Procedures to follow when leaving for the restroom or common areas, including:
• Proper removal of clean room garments.
• Fully regowning following the complete protocol upon return.
• Strict adherence to unidirectional flow paths and classified area boundaries.
• Good personal hygiene and compliance with ESD requirements, if applicable.
• Discipline to follow strict instructions and operate within controlled manufacturing procedures.
