Job Title: General Labor
Type of Role: (Long-term Opportunities)
Shift / Hours: D- SHIFT: Wed: 12:00am – 6:00am &
Thurs, Fri, Sat: 6:00pm – 6:00am
Location: Socorro, TX
Hourly Range: $14.50
The function of the General Labor Associate is to receive, organize, monitor and maintain the department’s stock including but not limited to parts transferred to and from the warehouse on a daily basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the warehouse department to receive/return material transferred to/from the Lab on a daily basis.
· Keep an accurate inventory of all material entering or exiting the lab.
· Conduct regular inventory counts.
· Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
· Maintain stock area clean and organized.
· Assist Lab Technicians by providing material as requested.
· Organize material within the lab by segregating parts pending to test, parts tested, material for scrap as well as separating all material by customer.
Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or GED
1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
