Job Title: Production Team Member 
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: (Rotating Shift) 2 weeks days 6a-6p & 2 weeks nights 6p-6a
Location: San Antonio, Tx 
Hourly Range: $17.75

Role and Responsibilities:

• Safely handle and move materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting items to designated areas.
• Perform general production tasks as assigned to support the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist team members in meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Must be comfortable standing for up to 12 hrs a day 
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Be comfortable working in loud & hot work environments 
• Forklift, Machine Operation & Crane Operation a plus but not needed
