Job Title: IT Technicians
Expected Length of Contract: Long Term
Shift / Hours: 12-hour shifts / including a weekend shift 6pm – 6am

Hourly Range: $20.50 hr.
Now Hiring: 100 Technicians for a Leading Server Manufacturer
Location: Far East El Paso
Schedule: 12?hour shifts — Day & Night options
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking Technicians to troubleshoot, test, repair and install server hardware and software in a fast?paced manufacturing environment. 
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair server components, including CPUs, DIMMs, power supplies, storage devices, NICs, fans, and backplanes
• Perform Linux-based testing using CLI tools such as lspci, smartctl, iperf3, and others
• Conduct LAN/network validation and resolve link-related issues
• Safely operate Hi-Pot and ground?bond testing equipment
• Replace FRUs/CRUs; perform basic soldering or rework (if certified)
• Update BIOS, BMC, RAID, and NIC firmware
• Utilize Python scripts for automated test execution or log analysis
• Document repairs, parts usage, and root?cause details within MES systems

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electronics, IT hardware, or server repair
• Strong Linux proficiency and solid LAN/network troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of Hi-Pot testing and electrical safety practices
• Basic Python scripting experience preferred
• Ability to analyze logs, follow test processes, and maintain accurate documentation
