This is a direct hire opportunity—not a contract—offering stability, growth, and exposure to cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you’ll be behind the wheel of next-generation engineering vehicles, helping ensure safe and smooth rides while contributing to real-world advancements in autonomous driving.

What You’ll Do

• Operate an engineering vehicle for extended periods within a designated test area

• Stay highly alert and monitor vehicle performance at all times

• Take control of the vehicle when needed to ensure safety

• Provide a professional and friendly experience for passengers

• Observe and report vehicle behavior to support ongoing improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset

• Comfortable interacting with passengers in a professional manner

• Ability to stay focused during long driving periods

• Fluent in English

• Valid Texas driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history

• Must be 18 years or older

Schedules (Flexible Options Available)

Choose from:

• Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Monday

Day Shift:
5:30 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Afternoon Shift (+10% pay differential):
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Night Shift (+10% pay differential):
10:00 PM – 6:30 AM or 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
