Electrical Assembler
Type of Role: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Kenosha, WI
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
We are seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers to join our client’s growing Electronics Assembly department.
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies according to work instructions and drawings.

Set up switchgear components such as contactors, circuit breakers, etc.

Perform point-to-point wiring per work instructions and schematic diagrams. Conduct short/continuity and Hipot tests.

Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.

Test assembled parts to ensure proper functionality.

Assist other assemblers in completing assembly tasks.

Inspect and document parameters on checklists.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a switchgear manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow work instructions.

Consistently adheres to safety regulations.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.

Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, or equivalent.
Shift and Schedule:
Onsite – 1stShift
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
- OT (if needed): Monday–Friday | 5:00am–3:30pm
- OT (if needed): Saturday | 5:00am–11:00am
- OT schedule may changed based on production needs
