Job Title: Fabricator/Welder
Pay Rate: $20 – $25/Hour
Location: Castroville, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Hours: 7am – 4:30pm (Flexibility as needed)
Reports To: Manufacturing Manager

Job Description:
As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be a critical part of our manufacturing process, responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products. You will use your welding and fabrication expertise to produce and assemble components that meet exacting standards.
