Hourly Range: $24.00
Quality Lead – Manufacturing (Electronics)
The Quality Lead oversees daily quality activities in electronics manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet internal specifications and customer requirements. This role leads inspection and measurement processes, supports production quality issues, and drives corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee dimensional and functional inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, gauges)
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and IPC quality standards
- Lead quality containment, nonconformance investigations, and corrective actions
- Support audits, calibration activities, and documentation accuracy
- Train and guide inspectors and production teams on quality and measurement requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics
- Strong understanding of inspection and measurement techniques
- Ability to interpret drawings, tolerances, and specifications
- IPC certification and ISO experience preferred
