Job Title: Group Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: Night Shift
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Group Lead to oversee night shift operations within our manufacturing and logistics department. The Group Lead will support daily production activities, coordinate workflow, and ensure team members follow safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of production and warehouse employees during the night shift
- Coordinate daily manufacturing and logistics operations to meet production goals
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards on the floor
- Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing support
- Communicate shift updates, production issues, and operational needs to supervisors
- Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and logistics coordination
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work night shift
- Ability to lift, move, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and production workflows
