Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay: $17.68/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30PM – 12AM

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for performing the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments in Oracle
• Inspect material and incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Label and allocate materials to their proper locations
• Data entry, must be comfortable with the computer
• Unload packages from trucks and verify contents against orders/invoices
• Lift materials up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Overtime may be required

Core Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills preferred
• Experience using Oracle
• Picking material and scanning with the scan guns
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Physical mobility and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

This is an ITAR facility; applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
