Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay: $17.68/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30PM – 12AM
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for performing the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.
Core Responsibilities:
- Receive shipments in Oracle
- Inspect material and incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Label and allocate materials to their proper locations
- Data entry, must be comfortable with the computer
- Unload packages from trucks and verify contents against orders/invoices
- Lift materials up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
- Support shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Overtime may be required
Core Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills preferred
- Experience using Oracle
- Picking material and scanning with the scan guns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Physical mobility and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
