? Use standard metrology and inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, tape measures, and related equipment.
? Perform required in-process visual, dimensional, and basic electrical conformance checks in accordance with approved procedures.
? Identify defects, non-conformances, process deviations, contamination risks, fit-up issues, insulation issues, alignment issues, or equipment-related concerns, and take corrective action in accordance with standard procedures.
? Maintain accurate production records, material traceability, inspection records, and quality documentation via the use of ERP, production tracking, and quality systems.
? Support root cause and corrective action efforts to improve safety, quality, consistency, and reduce rework. Material Handling, Equipment Care, and Team Support
? Safely handle raw materials, heavy components, subassemblies, and finished goods using approved lifting and handling devices such as overhead cranes, hoists, fixtures, carts, or related equipment.
? Stage materials, tools, consumables, and components to support efficient workflow while maintaining organization and traceability.
? Perform routine equipment checks, daily safety inspections, and basic preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
? Support troubleshooting of equipment, tooling, and process issues in coordination with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supervision.
? Support training, qualification, and onboarding of new technicians and operators during factory ramp-up.
? Share process knowledge, equipment best practices, workmanship expectations, and quality standards with team members.
? Help identify process gaps, training needs, workflow constraints, and improvement opportunities within the manufacturing cell.
