Job Title: Program Manager/SR Buyer

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift / Hours: 5 am to 1:30 pm (must be flexible)

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary Range: $70k to $110k

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to manage the entire order cycle, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.

Order Management Specialist responsibilities include reviewing and inputting orders into the system, verifying product availability, coordinating with the shipping department, and addressing any customer inquiries related to their orders.

Our ideal candidates are familiar with the end-to-end order management process and have an excellent understanding of inventory management.

Ultimately, the role of the Order Management Specialist is to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

· Processing sales orders and ensuring their accuracy

· Monitoring the status of orders and ensuring timely delivery

· Maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers

· Coordinating with other departments such as sales, logistics, and warehousing to streamline operations

· Resolving issues related to orders and transactions

· Using order management systems or software for tracking and management of orders

· Processing returns and exchanges, and handling related customer service issues

· Communicating with customers regarding their order status

· Identifying and suggesting improvements to the order management process

· Coordinating with shipping carriers and overseeing the shipping process

Skills and Experience:

· Proven work experience as an Order Management Specialist or similar role in Supply Chain

· Experience with order management software

· Excellent knowledge of inventory management

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
