Job Title: Vendor Quality / MRB Coordinator
Location: Manchester, NH
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Type of Role: Temp-to-Hire

Job Purpose:

To coordinate all activities related to Material Review Board (MRB) processes and Vendor Quality to ensure efficient handling and resolution of non-conforming materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain control of non-conforming material in a secured area

• Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems

• Coordinate with various MRB members to drive timely disposition of materials

• Lead and facilitate daily MRB meetings

• Handle sub-inventory transactions and internal transfers

• Manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) shipping and create debit memos for returned materials

• Support material scrapping processes in accordance with company procedures

• Collaborate closely with Planning and Purchasing departments

• Work with Quality Engineers to process NCMRs and obtain required sign-offs

• Manage daily move tickets for non-conforming materials from production

• Partner with Incoming Inspection to verify materials and streamline the review process

• Perform internal audits for ISO and other certification requirements

• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Quality Department

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Incoming Inspection or similar quality-related roles

• Strong understanding of MRB procedures and non-conforming material workflows

• Experience with NCMRs (Non-Conforming Material Records)

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; able to navigate and manage spreadsheets effectively

• Strong office and administrative skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Demonstrated ability to lead daily meetings and collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC 610/620 certification

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems

• Experience writing or revising SOPs

• Prior experience supporting ISO compliance and audits
