Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
ITAR Facility: U.S. persons only (citizens or lawful permanent residents)
Overtime: May be required

Job Purpose:

The Material Handler is responsible for performing both physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.

Core Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and possible damage

• Unload deliveries and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices

• Label and allocate materials to proper storage or production locations

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Follow safety procedures and company protocols

• May be asked to support other departments as required

Core Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
