About the Job:
We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Person to support the HR department of a cutting-edge ceramics manufacturer in Morgan Hill, CA. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to contribute to a growing company in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Role and Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of employees

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements

Support benefits administration and timekeeping systems

Help coordinate employee events and internal communications

Respond to employee inquiries and escalate HR issues as needed

Assist with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and applicant tracking

Support day-to-day administrative functions for the HR team
Skills and Experience:
-
1+ year of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
