About the Job:
Join a busy logistics team as a Warehouse Associate performing general labor tasks to keep operations moving smoothly. No forklift experience or resume needed — show up ready to work and start right away!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Report daily to the logistics department and follow directions from the Logistics Manager, Wendy Cordova.

• Perform general warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, auditing, picking, packing, and processing shipments.

• Ensure speed and accuracy to meet customer quality and delivery standards.

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, banding, and wrapping tools.

• Lift, slide, and lower packages weighing up to 75 lbs frequently.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures.

• Receive feedback well and work cooperatively with team members.

Skills and Experience:

• Comfortable working on your feet in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to heat, noise, and dust.

• Ability to safely handle heavy lifting up to 75 lbs.

• Must pass a quick background check (no felonies, violent crimes, or theft).

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
