Shift / Hours:

Monday – Friday,  3p -11:30p

Location:

Round Rock, TX (On-site)

Hourly Range:

$17.00/hour (with a raise after 90 days)


About the Job:

Join a leading global supply chain company as a Material Handler in Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their warehouse and inventory experience in a stable, hands-on role.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Pull required items from stock using requisitions or stock lists

  • Use checklists to ensure kit accuracy

  • Report shortages and move completed orders to distribution or staging areas

  • Process returned items and unscheduled issues

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through counting and data entry

  • Prepare requests for material procurement

  • Lift and move heavy items; operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)

  • Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on the production line

  • Perform cycle counts and audit kits for accuracy


Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for 8 hours

  • Basic math and computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, MRP system)

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety signs

  • Experience with forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks is a plus

  • Valid Driver’s License required

  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification will be provided and must be passed with 80% or higher


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and handling of small parts

  • Occasional exposure to mechanical parts, dust, and outdoor weather (heat/cold)

  • Required to lift/move up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs at times

  • Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
