Job Title: Document Control Support

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday / 8am – 4:30pm

Location: San Jose, CA

Hourly Range: $20 – $24/hr

Role and Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist in Front End Engineering. This candidate will be responsible for the research and documentation of all technical data necessary to create and/or modify work documents used to create/maintain special first article inspection reports such as AS9102, NPI, and environmental compliance report. The candidate will also assist the Planning dept. by creating DUPE jobs per procedures/rules and create reports for each job that requires RoHS, by checking all material is RoHS are compliant. Will also create reports per specs requirements REACH, SVHC.
 

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 0-1 years experience.
  • Must have good Microsoft Office skills.   

  • Previous Data Entry experience

  • Process AS9102  per Class 3/Military jobs requirements.

  •  Process environmental reports (RoHS, REACH, SVHC, etc)

  • Knows how to do GAC

  •  Knows how to do E-BOM / MC

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which requires the individual to quickly update various department schedules. 

  • Must be able to work overtime. 

  • Must have good verbal communication skills and must be able to deal with Customer Service for scheduling and documentation issues both on the telephone and by e-mail. 

  • Must be detail oriented.
