Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Inspector
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday
Location: Campbell, CA
Hourly Range: $23/hr
Role and Responsibilities:
– Conduct rigorous inspections on products including storage devices, servers, components, and returned systems to ensure they meet quality standards and work instructions.
– Perform inspections at various stages: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (In-Process QC), and Final Quality Control (Final QC).
– Extensively inspect components in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process (RMA IQC, RMA In-Process, and RMA Final QC).
– Verify parts against the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Print Documents; meticulously record inspection results in data sheets and forms.
– Promptly escalate defects and issues to the Quality Leadership team.
– Maintain a positive attitude and provide coverage for other QC inspectors as required.
– Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the work area.
– Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Management to maintain product quality.

– Communication: Effective skills for documenting, reporting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
– Organization:Ability to prioritize workload.
– Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn, the organization’s systems and processes.
